Summer's over and it saddens me. It not the coming autumn that I fear, it's losing what the summer gave me. It was so full of wonderful memories with amazing people. I hardly feel like I deserved all that this summer bestowed upon me, but I'm glad I got it anyways. And here I go, into the stressful, mundane end of my high school career. Senior year is here, the end of my childhood. Summer ending does not feel so ordinary this year. It's something very powerful, very significant. It's the end of something inside of me, and the start of something new. I think I've been waiting for this for a long time, but knowing that makes it no less frightening.
